Christmas in Midtown at Silver Dollar City Photo Update (Late October)

Silver Dollar City is adding millions of lights to their "An Old Time Christmas" event this year. Many of these lights are being added to the Midtown section of the park. Many of the major set pieces in Midtown are recognizable as previously part of "The Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights" that were retired a few years ago from Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The tallest pieces of Christmas in Midtown will be visible from around the park.

The paths leading to Midtown are covered in light tunnels.

There are no major attractions in Midtown, but I've got a feeling that this section won't be hurting for foot traffic come "An Old Time Christmas."

In addition to the pieces transplanted from Walt DisneyWorld, there are also plenty of custom pieces (like this extension to an existing building).

Midtown is also home to the AMAZING cinnamon bread, found in Sullivan's Mill.
